Where is the best cheap accommodation for a hen party in Galway?
We have it check it out.
The highly recommended king of the hostels in Galway, situated just off Eyre’s Square this is a perfect location for the base of your amazing Galway Hen Party Weekend.
The hostel understands the wants and party needs of Galway Hen nights and not only accommodates but enhances your weekend in this beautiful city.
With something to do round every corner you are only 5 minutes walk from the best bars Galway has to offer.
As people say in many of their reviews the staff are the pinnacle of this accommodation as they will go out their way to make the your stay that little bit better.
I stayed at this hostel with a group of friends and from start to finish the experience was brilliant. The hostel is located right beside the bus station and is right in the middle of all of the nightlife.
It is an extremely secure hostel with security making sure that it is quite after a certain time. Room was basic and clean. Perfect for what you pay. Would 100% recommend!
“Perfect for a girls weekend away”

I went with 7 of my friends for the Galway races. I never stayed in a hostel before and wasn’t looking forward to it but to my surprise it was really nice and clean! We had a room to ourselves for the first night and two strangers for the second. The staff were all really friendly and security at night ensures that the halls outside the rooms are kept quiet at night. They seem to encourage people having fun and craic in the common area, providing instruments, board games and playing cards. You can walk home from all the main pubs/clubs in two mins and it’s beside the train station. You can also help yourself to free tea/coffee during the day and chill out on their comfy couches. I think that the hostel made this holiday! I would definitely return!
Galway is the most beautiful city to visit especially for a big girls weekend like the one we had! I honestly couldn’t recommend the Kinlay House Hostel in Galway highly enough.
The first thing to note is that it is right in the heart of the city. Once you find your bearings you will be quick to realise you can walk everywhere. Beats paying for taxis.
The night life is fantastic and all the best bars bars and clubs are in short walking distance.
Maps are provided at the reception I would recommend grabbing one for your first few days as it helps navigate all the handy side streets and alleys that are worth venturing through as it cuts journey times in half.
Big shoutout to Leo who seemed to man the reception desk the entire time we stayed. He was so friendly, charming and helpful.
The hostel itself is very clean and provides a free, fairly decent breakfast if you can get up before 10am. It is a cosy comfortable setting and I already can’t wait to go back.

I booked a mixed (ages 19-50+) group here for a hen. Booking was made very easy by the fab Frank, despite it being so busy (the Sat of bank hol & Galway races)! The hostel is in a brill location and the rooms were perfect – great variety of bed sizes etc. Would definitely stay here again and I very highly recommend it!
